What are you going to do:
- Responsibility for a team of up to 15 customer service agents
- Developing new strategy
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes
- Measure and improve the productivity of the team
- Guidance of new team members
- Showing integrity, respect, professionalism, innovation and commitment

What we ask:
- No minimum education required
- Fluency in German and very good English skills
- Experience in customer service; experience in team- or project management is a plus
