What are you going to do:
You would expect the following as your day to day activities:
- Participate and evaluate new initiatives and projects, Identifying opportunities to improve customer well-being and engagement to therapist earning optimisation
- Help Building Operation Monitoring Reports and Business Performance Dashboards
- Working with operation teams to deliver insights and provide deep-dive data-driven analysis for operational actions
You will be involved in business intelligence projects across multiple disciplines, including:
- Business and Marketing Performance Analysis
- Supply and Therapist Behaviour Analytics
- Web and App Behaviour Analytics
- Market Dynamics Analysis
