What are you going to do:
- Recruitment of German-speaking and English-speaking customer service agents
- Interviewing candidates face-to-face and by phone
- CV analysis and pre-selection
- Analysis of written tests
- Database insertion of applications and keeping the database updated
- Welcoming of candidates on site on their first day of job training.

What we ask:
- At least finished university degree (preferably in Human Resources or similar)
- Fluency in German and very good English skills
- Available for at least 12 months
- International experience (e.g. Erasmus)
- Recruitment Experience in a Customer Service Environment or related industry
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office and internet applications)
