What are you going to do:
- The first point of contact for customers from Austria, Switzerland and Germany (In-Bound)
- Answering customers questions and solving their problems via phone, mail and live-chat (In-bound)
- Documentation of all requests and processes in the database

What we ask:
- No minimum education required
- Fluency in German and good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit and empathy
- Availability for at least 12 months
- Experience in customer service is a plus
