What are you going to do:
As a Customer Service Agent, you get to interact with different types of people. No day or conversation is the same, which makes the position very dynamic. You help the customers with payment/financial questions. These questions can come via phone, mail and chat. One of your responsibilities is to ensure that the customers have a positive experience with the company.

What we ask:
