What are you going to do:
On a day to day basis you are going to manage customers bookings and help them make changes regarding their flights, hotels and destinations. This way you will be the contact person before, while and after their travels.
Your tasks:
- The first point of contact for customers from Austria, Switzerland and Germany (In-Bound)
- Answering customers questions and solving their problems via phone, mail and live-chat
- Documentation of all requests and processes in the database
