Where are you going to work?
This international organisation is active in the flower sector and has delivered more than 50 million bouquets since it first started in 1947, worldwide! You and your team will work together to storm the German and Austrian markets. The goal is of course to boost the sales of flowers and the expansion of the customer portfolio.
What are you going to do?
The customers can order flowers easier on the website and as a sales manager you know better than anyone how to communicate with new customers. You show them all the advantages they have when ordering online such as easy and fast shipping and discounts on future orders. Of course there are many more advantages for the customer and as you are the born sales-person you know exactely how to communicate this to the customers. Your persuasiveness, combined with your product knowledge, ensures that German and Austrian customers are brought in.
What else do you do?
Next to using all your knowledge about sales-strategies and talking to the customers you will also be responsible for all the hot and cold leads, develope a sales strategy, maintain the customer contact and carry out light administrative tasks.
