Office Assistant in Manningford Bruce

What are you going to do:

• We are looking for someone who is artistic and who can be flexible to help us over our busiest time of year for a period of approx. 3 months. This is a part time position of 3 - 4 days a week and would suit a gap year student who is looking for practical paid working experience.
• This is an interesting and varied job mostly based in a small office, but also requires the candidate to be a strong and able-bodied person to assist with lifting furniture for photo shoots and for unloading furniture from containers when required.
• We are looking for a conscientious person to help with the administration of our online shop. The candidate must be I.T. literate, methodical, precise and have an attention to detail.
• Writing and checking of product descriptions and dimensions.
• Processing photos for uploading onto the website.
• Previous knowledge of e-commerce platforms would be an advantage.
• Photography of products when required so this requires some artistic ability and an interest in photography. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar editing software would be an advantage.
• Picking and packing of online orders for despatch.
