Property Specialist - Estates in Bradford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Specialist to work within the Estates Team at our head office in Bradford on a 9-12 Month FTC

You will support the Senior Head and Head of Estates in managing the day-to-day running of the operational estate including in-store lettings, lease liabilities, surplus space and general estate management.

Knowledge Required;

• Experience of Retail Estates

• Preferably Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or working towards the APC Assessment

• Knowledge of Qube (Although not essential)
