What are you going to do:
As a customer service agent, you will be providing travel advice to the clients of Voyage Privé. You will provide support before, during and after the clients trip. Creating professional and personalised contact with the clients through calls and emails.
By knowing and understanding the processes and procedures of Voyage Privé, you will be able to recognise the needs of the customer and offer support by choosing the perfect trip for them!

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- Fluent in English (minimum C1)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Availability for at least 1 year
- Allowed to work in the EU
