What are you going to do:
Summary
On behalf of LaunchPad Properties, look after a two-bedroom residential house that is located on Millfield Avenue, Kenton on the Montagu Estate (NE3 4TB).
Act as our "eyes and ears" doing the tasks that we are unable to do because we are based in London.
For example:
- showing the property to potential tenants;
- checking-in and checking-out tenants;
- routine inspections of the property; and
- running occasional local errands (such as key-cutting)
Hours / Time Commitment
This is an infrequent, casual and occasional role: it will not require much time commitment. On average approx. 2 to 3 hours per month. Sometimes a few more hours, and sometimes no hours at all. The fixed monthly payment will be paid even if no work is undertaken in a month.
Pay
Fixed-rate of between £264 and £288 per annum.
The per annum amount shall be paid per calendar month. For example, if £288 per annum then £24 per month.
The same payment shall be paid each month regardless of the number of hours actually worked. For example, the £24 will be paid each month even if no work is undertaken in a particular month.
Term
The term of the contract is flexible, but ideally no less than six-months. If the candidate has performed the role successfully and would like to carry it on, the contract can be extended.
