For our Customer Service Center in Edinburgh we are looking for a Team Leader.
 
This is a Full Time, permanent position and you will be based within our prime location in Edinburgh City Centre with an excellent work environment and facilities.
 
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 6am – 9pm and at the weekend between 6am – 6pm. As a result, we would require you to be flexible and work any 5 out of 7 days per week.
 
H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organisation with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. It’s all about the customer, right! Today Customer Service has around 2,300 employees globally and has established 9 Customer Contact Centres around the world, so far.

Being a strong leader who builds their team, leads by example and drives goals whilst developing yourself and others.
Constantly improving the overall performance of your Agents using feedback and coaching
Being focused on customer value and providing the best solutions for our customers.
Identifying future talent and developing colleagues to provide a succession pipeline.
The ability to oversee not only your own team but the overall operation of the Centre as required.
