Remote Maths Content Creator

Show off and improve your maths and coding skills working at an exciting edTech start up!

5 - 25 hours per week
Between £10.00 and £15.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

You will be creating difficult maths questions in LateX, leading onto programmatic question in javascript so that it's possible to generate an infinite amount of that type of question. A strong knowledge of maths is needed as you will need to reverse engineer a typical maths question to generate the answer and the explanation. For those with an interest in maths, this is a fun and head scratching exercise, great for developing your problem solving and programming skills.

You will be paid on a per question basis.

What we ask:

  • At least finished college A levels
  • A* in A Level Maths
  • A*/A in A Level Further Maths (Desirable)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
  • Very strong grammar and written communication
  • Flexible and willing to Skype and meet when necessary independent of time zones
  • Strong attention to detail
