Community Manager Internship in London

Come join our world class team building cutting edge social mobile games set to disrupt the gambling industry. We are a growing start-up company looking to make some noise on the market. This is an opportunity for a Community Manager with interests in learning from a dynamic mobile gaming start up to be a core part of our team.  

25 - 35 hours per week
Between £0 and £400 Per Month

What are you going to do:

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

  • Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies (providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts)
  • Creating, managing and growing the company's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with Marketing, COO and Project Manager to ensure brand consistency
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

What we ask:

  • At least finished university degree
  • Work/Internship experience as a community manager
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
