Expenses Responsible
We are recruiting for an Expenses Responsible to support H&M and all of our 7 Group Brands. The role will be based in central London and you will be required to work with all departments of the business.
We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, with a keen eye for detail, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. An interest in fashion is also key as we are one of the top fashion retailers in the world.
You will be responsible for:
-Processing Expenses; ensuring they are coded correctly and comply with internal policies & HMRC legislation
-Reconciliation of company credit cards and fuel cards
-Concur & Expenses Policy training
-Maintaining the company Expenses Policies
-Reporting on Expenses spend to feedback to the Financial Controllers
The ideal candidate would have:
-Experience with Concur
-Understanding of VAT and HMRC legislation
-High level of integrity & discretion in handling confidential information
-Very strong attention to detail and high accuracy
-Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
-Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
-Fluent in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
