About the role

Tesco Maintenance are currently looking to recruit an experienced EAM Technical Analyst. At Tesco, our stores and offices couldn’t function without the support of our Maintenance Team. the EAM Technical Analyst assist in scoping,developing and implementing technical capability of the Enterprise Asset Management System.

You will be responsible for
  • Demonstrate value delivery by helping team capture the 'right' requirements from the requester to meet the requestor needs & defined business objectives.
  • Demonstrate new & existing features of EAM system and keep a track of value delivered to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with a cross functional team across to gather requirements get  product/ features delivered.
  • Assist in User acceptance testing  & Release management.
  • Plan and self-organize work in line with the EAM roadmap. 
  • Understand business processes in Tesco and translate into functional requirements.
  • Follow the processes and steps required to take new features or projects from idea through to delivery by collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
  • Keep an up-to-date documentation about features, roadmap,release management & change requests.
You will need

Skills and experience needed to be great at this role:

  • Maintenance Operations
  • Technical Skills - Verisae,SDLC,MS Office
  • Have strong Problem Solving skills
  • Project planning and management
  • Developing detailed specifications
  • Have Excellent written & verbal communication skills and clearly articulate concepts & requirements

Ideal additional skills include:

  • Knowledge of Verisae or asset management systems
  • Experience of retail business processes inc maintenance operations/Finance/Capital/IT processes.
  • Understand a typical Software Development Life cycle 
  • Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,Visio,Powerpoint)
