Customer Operations Associate at Homeppl (Techstars) in London

At Homeppl, we are helping people to own their creditworthiness to enable them to get access to their desired rental property or financial product. Homeppl is looking for a Customer Success Analyst (Intern) to join the Operations and Customer Success team within a fast-growing FinTech startup. You will provide support to ensure that they get exceptional customer service experience. In this role, you will serve as the main contact point between users and Homeppl and helping individuals gain access to residential and financial opportunities. You will also be using innovative technologies including our own proprietary technology to manage our daily operations. This role is an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend or convert to full-time; available to start immediately.

What are you going to do

You will be:

  • Assisting customers and clients over live-chat, emails, and phone
  • Working proactively and efficiently to quickly resolve their queries and issues
  • Working closely with the Business Development / Sales and Product and Tech to see where we can improve in our processes, tools, and products
  • Collect and analyse customer and client insights
  • Contribute to business and operations strategy of a high-growth start-up

You should be:

  • Empathetic to understand varied customer personalities and needs
  • Comfortable and energetic when communicating with others - whether that's via email or on the phone
  • Able to communicate well; demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive with identifying ways to improve the customer and user experience at Homeppl
  • Able to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
