At Homeppl, we are helping people to own their creditworthiness to enable them to get access to their desired rental property or financial product. Homeppl is looking for a Customer Success Analyst (Intern) to join the Operations and Customer Success team within a fast-growing FinTech startup. You will provide support to ensure that they get exceptional customer service experience. In this role, you will serve as the main contact point between users and Homeppl and helping individuals gain access to residential and financial opportunities. You will also be using innovative technologies including our own proprietary technology to manage our daily operations. This role is an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend or convert to full-time; available to start immediately.

Homeppl is on a mission to ease consumption with personal data, allowing people to own their validated personal data and be pre-approved to rent properties as well as secure other products related to money, insurance, and property.
By creating a product that validates 200+ fields of proprietary personal data, owned by the user, Homeppl allows anyone to carry their validated data anywhere. It solves the existing broken process of verification of personal data: 500M adults in OECD countries without credit record, due diligence takes on average 240 hours, and the process is repetitive.
Since May '17, Homeppl has grown by more than 2,500%. Homeppl distributes its product via the rental market in the UK. It's completely free for tenants.
