Administrative Support Associate in Brighton

Wearing Consultants LTD is seeking reliable, attention-to-detail Personal/ Office Assistants to manage the day-to-day aspects of a busy Executive. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, and the drive to work efficiently and expediently. ​We're looking for someone who learns quickly and isn't afraid to ask questions.

What are you going to do

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepares and maintains all client orders/files
  • Makes follow up calls to factories, customers, and Post Office
  • Pick-up and delivery of client items, as needed
  • Basic office support as needed
  • Special Position Requirements
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Positive and friendly.
  • General proficiency with computers
  • Team player.
  • Professional appearance.

This position is part-time (10-20 hours per week) with a starting pay of £14.00- £18.00 per hour.

The hours are flexible and can accommodate current work and class schedule.
