What are you going to do:
Our client is an American clothing company with a history of 135 years. It represents one of the largest global apparel companies and has nearly $9 billion annual revenues. As an English customer service agent, you are responsible for:
- Responding customers' questions/concerns regarding the service (e.g. by phone/email/chat);
- Providing updated help guides to meet customers' individual needs.
- Identify, process, and provide information related to shipping and delivery;
- Most importantly, ensure to deliver the best possible customer service experience in the fashion industry.
