Personal Assistant in London

We are looking for someone who can work as a Personal Assistant. They will be the first point of contact for all visiting clientele. They should have an extremely friendly and welcoming manner and adept at making all clientele feel comfortable and calm.

What are you going to do

The candidate should be computer literate and able to act up as a personal assistant to the directors of Rejuvence Clinic. They will be required to handle all telephone, email and social media enquiries from potential clients. They should be organised and maintain a firm handle of all enquiries ensuring we maximise all leads coming into the business.

They will also need to carry out administrative duties ensuring the efficient running of the clinic on a day to day basis and in line with CQC requirements. They will also be responsible for keeping abreast of stock levels within the clinic.

There is also a sales and marketing element to this role. The successful applicant should be confident and conscientious, contributing to the progression of the company as a whole. We will be keen for the successful applicant to develop relationships with local businesses in and around the clinic and especially with HR departments within companies based in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be required to go out and visit local businesses in the community including pharmacies and salons.

Experience is preferable but not essential. The job is open to all and we will judge each applicant on their merits. More importantly we are looking for someone with drive and ambition. We are looking for someone who is confident, willing to learn and is extremely conscientious. We will provide all necessary training and support on the job. Responsibilities:

  • Answer all telephone enquiries (9AM to 6PM; Tuesday to Saturday)
  • Reply to all email enquiries
  • Reply to all enquiries on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Maintain diary (cloud based CRM clinic management suite - training will be provided)
  • Meet & greet patients/clients
  • Follow-up patients and clients who have received treatment at Rejuvence.
  • Chase up patients and clients for Google Reviews and Pabau Reviews.

  • Monitor stock levels in the clinic and place orders for relevant equipment and consumables

What we ask:

  • At least finished high school
  • Computer Literate (preferably should be familiar with Apple/iMac/IOS operating system; Google Software Suite - MS Office)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Biomedical Degree would be desirable.
