Food and Beverage Supervisors at St Pierre Marriott work across our Cast Iron Grill, Morgans Restaurant, Trophy Bar and Room Service outlets as business requires. All Supervisors are contracted for 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days but may be required to work additional hours/shifts during peak business times.
Supervisors are responsible for overseeing their shift; ensuring a high level of guest service is provided by all team members and all Marriott and department procedures and standards are maintained. They actively participate in the training and development of food and beverage associates.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy food and beverage operation and will possess the following skills and knowledge:
