Social Care solutions (part of the lifeways group) is looking for Support Workers/Carers in the central Amersham area.
We don't require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.
Working within the principles or person centred support, enabling development and inclusion in their everyday lives within their home and wider community we require experienced Support Workers/Carers to work in our supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.
You will work in a high quality environment and be part of a committed and friendly staff team. As the people you support develop their skills, interests, and community connections, you will be able to enjoy a fulfilling and worthwhile job.
CONTRACTS AVAILABLE
Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including some weekend working and some sleep-ins (sleep-ins are paid as a separate payment per sleep in):
