What are you going to do:
- Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant with the design and production of various digital and print marketing materials
- Set up project checklists to help the organisation of marketing activities for Criticaleye Retreats
- Assist with setting up event apps for our Retreats
- Help with the design of Retreat marketing materials such as event pop up banners, the agenda and materials for Advisory Partners (event sponsors)
- Support the Marketing Team with the planning of social media campaigns on Twitter and LinkedIn in order to promote the Criticaleye brand
- Update the social media plan with various social media campaigns, publication of articles, films etc.
- Help with event logistics, ensure sufficient stock of marketing materials and Criticaleye merchandise for Retreats
- Support the Marketing and Events team at Retreats
- Production and distribution of Criticaleye's weekly newsletter to our Members (clients)

What we ask:
- You should be registered as a university student or have finished uni
- Previous work experience in a marketing /event management supporting role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Have an eye for detail and be able to multitask
- Be a good communicator and team player
- Be creative and enjoy the design of artwork
- Have a good understanding of existing media platforms in particular Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube
- Be proactive and eager to learn
- A degree in marketing, Communication & PR or event management (not essential but an advantage)
