Instructional Designer in Kingston Upon Thames

Working with our Head of Product Design and Innovation, to produce instructional design documentation for educational materials.

3 - 6 hours per week
Between £875 and £1,000 Per Month

What are you going to do:

Key Responsibilities

You'll be working with our Head of Product Design and Innovation, as part of the Virtual Learning Environment Product Team. This engagement is expected to last approximately three months. You will be working to a highly flexible schedule based on mutual availability.

You'll be responsible for participating in 2-3 in-person meetings per week, as well as post-meeting time to produce necessary design documentation for virtual reality learning scenarios for American university courses. You will be working with materials and curricula provided by the University faculty sponsor(s).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with two or more years' experience in Instructional Design for interaction-based learning/training (degree should be in a technology discipline or Instructional Design) OR
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Instructional Design OR
  • Five or more years' experience in Instructional Design
  • Ability to create Process flow diagrams
  • Demonstrable business-level written and spoken English proficiency
