Dutch Speaking Customer Care Advisor
Where is it based: Leavesden, Watford WD25
Customer Care is a 24×7 operation, 365 days a year you’ll be expected to flex days and time of day in addition to working extra hours particularly during peak trading periods. They are looking for fluent Dutch speakers across their day shifts.
Your role will involve working on many different platforms from live chat, email, telephone to social media, you are on-hand to offer care to all our customers from around the globe. It’s about making the whole customer journey as seamless as it can be.
