About The Role

We’re recruiting for a Technology Analyst to join our Technology team at our support centre in Bradford on a full time, permanent basis.


You will be responsible for all matters relating to day to day conduct of Network Operation (Voice and Data- LAN, WAN, WIFI) by Morrisons selected partner for incident, problem and change & service requests within an ITIL framework.



In the role you’ll do things like this;

  • Ensure that service is delivered by Morrisons network partner is delivered to SLA

  • Keep a track of open issues pending action and ensure remedial action is in place

  • Ensure all network change activity is raised in Morrisons change management toolset and as required attend the change authorisation board meetings

  • Negotiate & agree the timings for all changes raised by working with the relevant Service Delivery Managers across the department

  • Assist in the processing of network related requests for work

About You

 You’ll need skills and experience like this;  

  • You will have experience of working in a similar role

  • Experience of working within a complex service, multi vendor environment

  • Experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles

  • A working knowledge of WAN, LAN, WiFi, Voice, DNS, VPN’s, Firewalls
