What’s in it for you

What I do:

I support the management team with people related administration activities enabling them to work shoulder to shoulder within our operational areas

·I Support the management team with the administration of the recruitment process utilising the on line recruitment facility.

·I track eligibility to work documents to ensure we are operating as per the guidelines and ensure all new starter information is correct.

·I liaise with the Central Payroll Team to ensure Starters, Leavers and Transfers are administered accurately

·I ensure all new starters are provided the appropriate documents to opt in/out of working time directive

·I notify central payroll team of all New starters that have completed successful 8/12 week probationary period

·I complete all people related filing ensuring data protection legislation is upheld

·I produce all formal documentation for disciplinary, appeals, grievance and stage placements packs

·I co-ordinate disciplinary/grievance/appeal hearings ensuring all meetings take place within the specified timelines

·I support the management team with production of all people related letters, using up to date standard templates

·I maintain the of all People related notice boards

·I liaise with central teams to provide information as requested

·I maintain the People data base to ensure we hold up to date contact details for all colleagues

·I support with seasonal and charitable activities which help create a great and safe place to work

·I print and post P45’s for all leavers

·I file any changes to colleagues bank details once team manager has processed and informed Central Payroll

·I notify central payroll of changes to pay rates following successful probationary period

·I file all maternity and paternity paperwork once team manager has processed with Central Payroll

·I support with the DC Audits by preparing information and the availability of files

·I check Online Payroll Reports to ensure all requests for change have been successfully applied

·I ensure ETHAF is up to date and accurate

·I maintain full confidentiality in all aspects of my job

·I am aware of Tesco Policies and Procedures and the way these are applied.

·I take notes for meetings where required
