We are a home improvement’s company based in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire and are looking to recruit and build a small reliable team of experienced (preferred but not essential) polite and confident canvassers who will be tasked with securing warm leads (door to door) for our sales guys to present company products and services later. We are initially looking for a team of 3 who will work somewhere in region of 15-20 hrs per week with a view to increasing these as we progress, Transport to and from our base into canvass areas will be provided and a representative from the company will be out with you should any customers have questions
The job will involve you knocking door to door in selected areas establishing if property is owner occupied and if so then quickly presenting company service to the customer and securing a warm-lead appointment for sales team.
You will receive basic training applicable to the role.

Warmhouse, a relatively new company was established by Scottish insulation experts BN Rendering, was set up to serve the Scottish domestic customers market requiring external wall insulation (EWI) alongside other home improvements. Our aim is to not only secure new business for the company but to also make customers aware of Scottish government loans & grants structured to assist in making their homes more efficient in terms of energy consumption.
We will pay the national living wage (NLW) + bonus (£10) per warm lead provided...for reference the NLW ranges in age from £5.90 (18-21), £7.38 (21-24), £7.83 (25+) per hour. In April of 2019 they will rise again so you would of course get that pay rise alongside other industries.
We hope to expand on business very quickly and be able to offer more hours for canvassers who want it. Promotion opportunities will be available for the right candidate.
