I need the assistance part-time initially, but could progress to full-time, of a researcher for my business in the executive search industry. The role will expose the candidate to the executive search industry, and after time they will be skilled in being an executive search researcher, the starting point in a career in search. Executive search is a fulfilling and well-paid career, with many larger firms always looking for excellent candidates.
Full training will be provided by me, and the software used is industry leading software used by many leading search firms.
The role will involve searching for key industry personnel in relevant companies and updating and maintaining my database, categorising people, adding data, and updating the searches.
Once the database is being competently managed, the role can progress to calling and emailing candidates, and setting up telephone calls/ interviews, and managing my diary.
