We are looking for a part time intern who is passionate about design and prototype building to join our team. This person must be London based and will enjoy a mixture of product design and manual prototype building.
We are Makers Department, a small team of designers consulting for well established brands and startups, developing their ideas into great consumer products. We are a hands on company that has the ability of quickly adapt to each different project, assembling multidisciplinary teams. Based in London and well connected with suppliers and manufacturers across the globe, we offer fully functional prototypes, small batch production and management of large and complex production lines.
This is a part-time role of 3 days a week working from our studio in North East London. The ideal candidate will have:

We are happy to pay above minimum wage at £8ph and we have a great working environment.
