About the role

Tesco Maintenance have a great opportunity for a Planning & Response Coordinator to work as part of our Maintenance Support team in our National Operating Center in Milton Keynes. At Tesco, our stores and offices couldn’t function without the support of our Maintenance Team. The Planning & Response Coordinator supports the delivery of seasonal plans, central crisis response and planned preventative maintenance.

You will be responsible for

- Delivering robust seasonal plans that ensure minimal adverse impact to our operations, colleagues and customers
- Providing data analysis and insight (Advanced Excel)

  • Attending format meetings, conference calls, and leading natural works teams.
  • Engage and manage the expectations of all stakeholders around plans.
  • Leading the Maintenance response to ‘ad-hoc’ incidents.
  • Investigate exceptional issues.
  • Identify root causes and share learnings with wider teams.
  • Engaging and managing expectations of senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to improve processes year-on-year.
  • Identifying and delivering Planned preventative maintenance schedules, support and opportunities to improve.
