West Country Games is Bristol's most popular group activity company, running events on Saturdays in Long Ashton, BS48 3QT. We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Activity Instructors - with no direct experience required. The role is very rewarding and lots of fun, plus a great way to get outdoors and meet like minded people.
Your job as Activity Instructor will be to supervise groups around the games, provide safety briefings and assist in the setting up and packing away of equipment.
We cater predominantly for stag/hen/birthday/corporate groups, who take part in 9 different West Country themed games using large inflatables, catapults, fat suits etc.
You must be comfortable working in all weathers at our outdoor events. It is easy to get to our activity site from the centre of Bristol by bus.

This role would suit energetic, enthusiastic and sociable people, who have a passion for the outdoors and a good sense of fun. You also need to be confident in leading and communicating with people, as you will be responsible for ensuring that everybody takes part in the games safely.
Experience Required
Experience of leading groups and working with the public is desired. You will need to demonstrate that you are capable of taking control of a group of people on a stag or hen weekend to become confident in this type of position.
There is a great sense of camaraderie within the team and we usaully go for a drink in the local pub after the events, so it's a good way to make new friends.
