What are you going to do:
Customers will need you to take their orders and answer questions about dessert products or our event services. You'll be courteous when dealing with their requests, check whether they know the allergen information and encourage them to engage with our social media. Do they use social media regularly? Then you'll offer them a treat for sharing their purchase on social media. Your great interpersonal skills immediately gives them a great customer experience and they're happy to share our desserts, while you gained a happy customer and a staff bonus!
