We are looking for a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Your overall responsibility would be to grow the community within the higher education sector in the UK.
Hold is a small startup made with ❤ in Scandinavia. Despite the rather small firm size, we have acquired more than 400.000 students within the first couple of years. This was only doable with the collective efforts of our fantastic ambassadors and community interns. These individuals are all a part of our growing team, which have been helping out with everything from PR and media coverage to product development.
