Facilities Service Manager - Front of House & kiosk in Bradford

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Manager for our Head Office in Bradford. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will effectively and efficiently run the Front of House operation which incorporates a busy Reception area, organisation of large scale corporate events, conferencing and meeting room bookings, along with full ownership and responsibility of the building’s access  control (Security) system and processes. You will also be responsible for our M Daily Kiosk and a small team of staff lead by the Kiosk Supervisor.

The role is 40 hours over 5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, including some weekends as may be required by the business.

If successful, it will be your responsibility to lead, coach, develop and motivate the Front of House team in order to bring the best out of each colleague and maintain better than ever customer service. You will identify and drive opportunities for improved operational and cost efficiencies across all Front of House processes to ensure that the operation is the centre of excellence for service and standard. You will take the lead in ensuring that all internal events are fully supported by the Front of House team, providing problem solving guidance on any operational issues and managing effective communications to colleagues as necessary.

You should be experienced in running a successful Front of House reception and a good understanding and experience of the retail operation. You will have a passion for delivering great customer service, driving sales and have excellent organisational skills. Previous people management experience is essential.
