As a support worker you will be working independently with adults with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health within their own homes, supporting them to live independently in their community. Some of our Service users receive 24-hour care 7 days a week therefore flexibility with regards to shifts is required.
Due to the continuing expansion of our service in Birmingham, we are recruiting Support Workers to join our team. Aspect Care Ltd have service users with supported living needs,which supports them with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health to live independently within the community. We are looking to recruit fully flexible staff members to assist service users with daily living skills, accessing the community, personal care and providing physical/mental guidance, within a supported care home environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines. Successful applicants are required to provide satisfactory references and an enhanced disclosure .
Experience is preferred. Aspect Care Ltd provide care and support to its service users 7 days a week 24 hours a day, Shifts may require working 12 hour shifts, as and when you are required.
