What are you going to do:
We have a variety of early, late and night shifts in the Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset area. You will be responsible for caring and supporting residents in Supported Living/Residential/Nursing Homes.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of personal care including; nutritional and hygiene support, personal hygiene needs, as well as other aspects of daily needs
- Build and maintain good relationships to gain trust and create a comfortable living environment for residents
- General support of residents to help achieve and maintain independence, promoting privacy and dignity

What we ask:
- No minimum education required
- Flexible and Reliable
- You must have at least 3 months recent care experience (this can include experience in any care environment such as childcare, hospital and placements)
- A valid DBS or be willing to obtain one
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from senior staff to ensure the residents’ needs are always met to the highest standard
