What I do:

• I split my time equally between delivering formal training and coaching to our colleagues both in their working area and in the training room.
• I ensure all new starter colleagues receive job induction and legal training.
• I support departments with legal refresher and skills training.
• I maintain training record cards to the correct standard and ensure they are kept up to date.
• I ensure that all legal training is planned in with the relevant department. I ensure there are robust records showing dates for legal refreshers and medicals.
• I work with the warehouse team ‘shoulder to shoulder’ coaching them on what good looks like for the department.
• I deliver all safety and legal training, validations and legal refreshers.
• I arrange and coordinate any requirements for medicals.
• I provide feedback to Managers about concerns or opportunities.
• I use root cause skills to identify opportunities to improve safety and performance.
• I carry out tasks in operational areas when required.
