What are you going to do:
The Guest Relations team are responsible for:
- Replying to guest emails and answering phone calls
- Following up if there is an issue
- Trouble-shooting maintenance problems
- Liaising with in-house maintenance and housekeeping teams on guest requests and issues
- Scheduling Meet & Greets for each guest with one of our Greeters
- On occasion, carrying out Meet & Greet off site (at the rental home)
- Answering questions about the home, neighborhood and city
- Arranging additional concierge services when requested
