About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Property Advisor to join the team at our Head Office in Bradford on a 9 Month FTC.
 
As a part of the Project Order & Co-ordination Team, you will support the delivery of all Property Capex Projects development, with a particular focus on ensuring all in-store equipment is delivered in line with the Store Refit Programme.  You will engage with internal and external Stakeholders, and ensure that project timelines are communicated efficiently and all costs are tracked and challenged.
About You
Knowledge required;
  • Oracle systems expertise.
  • Understanding of the Morrisons customer, and how to improve their
    shopping experience.
  • Product knowledge – the ability to be considered the systems expert in your area and demonstrate a passion for governance and adherence to  process.
Skills required;
  • The ability to plan and organise effectively and efficiently to provide
    support to the Implementation and Cost teams.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to deliver results
  • Tenacity, showing grit and determination to achieve the right result.
  • The ability to influence others and build effective networks.
  • A structured and process driven approach to planning and organising
    work
  • Ability to take on new information, adapt style and develop new ways
    of working
Experience required;
 
  • The ability to build supportive, trusting relationships with others both
    internally and externally.
  • A track record of raising Purchase Orders ‘right first time’
  • The ability to gain and integrate feedback from colleagues and
    Stakeholders to improve performance
  • Experience of co-coordinating programmes for multiple project roll
    outs.
