What are you going to do:
Duties include but are not exclusive to:

General office duties – including filing, post, ordering couriers, taking deliveries

Reception duties – including answering phones, greeting clients, organising meeting rooms

Digitalising Files – including scanning and controlling paper files
- Other ad hoc duties
Skills, experience and attributes required:
- Experience within an office or customer service based role is desirable but not necessary
- Professionalism in dealing with clients
- Computer literacy, including ability to work on Microsoft Office products
- Proactive, friendly, enthusiastic, ability prioritise and work part of a team
- Ability to multi task
- Good written and verbal communication
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality
