Investment Sales Intern in London

Five Quadrant is an innovative investment brokerage, focused on crowdfunding, capital raising and property investments. We’re looking to recruit a couple of short-term Sales Interns to support the Head of Sales and Sales Consultants to work from our Shoreditch office and drive the growth of our fundraising capacity. The business works with a number of leading crowdfunding platforms to provide fundraising services for a mix of property debt, equity, asset and fund opportunities. Being the first point of contact for potential clients will be the main focus of activity, with the possibility for successful interns to become members of the team past the initial three months.

What are you going to do

You'll be provided with a database of prospects to develop and a solid flow of inbound leads interested in specific opportunities and the sector more generally.

The clients will need to be qualified and appointments set and there is also a commission incentive to give you the potential to earn money whilst gaining valuable experience.

The commission structure is generous and the fast start, short buying cycles and quick turnaround on payments means you won't have to wait long to start taking home the rewards for your work.

What we ask:

  • At least finished university degree
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken language
  • No previous experience necessary but a confident telephone manor is a must
  • Genuine interest and appetite to learn more about crowdfunding & capital raising
  • Works well in a team environment and respects fellow workers and clients
  • Initiative to be part of a solution and assists in solving any problems that may arise
  • Able to follow structured, tried and tested processes and call
  • Demonstrates commitment and reliability in getting the job done efficiently, timely, accurately and professionally
  • Good at building rapport quickly
  • Consistently strives to improve theses skills and represents the company positively
  • The ability to speak an additional language is a bonus
