High-end Vacation Rentals | Graduate position – Full time, permanent in London

Veeve has grown considerably in the last few years and key to our growth is recruiting brilliant people. We are now looking for a bright and switched-on graduate to join our busy Guest Relations team and help deliver our mission to create memorable experiences for our customers around the world. Veeve is a home-sharing specialist, founded in London in 2011 and recently launched in Paris and Los Angeles, so this is an exciting time for us. We now manage over 2,000 beautiful homes in some of the most vibrant cities in the world.

What are you going to do

The Guest Relations team are responsible for:

  1. Ownership of the Guest relationship before, during and after the stay
  2. Rapid response to Guest emails and calls
  3. Following up if there is an issue until resolved to Guest satisfaction
  4. Trouble-shooting maintenance issues over the telephone
  5. Liaising with in-house maintenance and housekeeping teams regarding Guest requests and issues
  6. Dealing with a variety of people including HNWI
  7. Scheduling personal Meet & Greet for every Guest
  8. On occasion, carrying out Meet & Greets off-site at the rental home
  9. Providing information about Veeve homes, Cities & specific neighbourhoods
  10. Advising Guests on additional concierge services and arranging when requested
  11. Learning about all aspects of our service and operations

What we ask:

  • At least finished university degree
  • Excellent communication skills and strong EQ – you must be able to empathise and communicate well

  • Quick learner – you’ll be joining during our busiest season and there will be a lot to take in

Extra information

This role offers 4 days off at a time with a 4 days on / 4 days off working pattern. The days you are working are long shifts - typically 8am to 8pm, with some variation in peak season. This working pattern works really well for some people, but won't suit everyone. Please consider if this will suit you before applying.
