This
is a Full Time position and you will be based within our prime
location in Edinburgh City Centre with an excellent work environment
and facilities.
Our operational hours are Monday to
Friday, 6am – 9pm and at the weekend between 6am – 6pm. As a result, we
would require you to be fully flexible and available to work any 5 out
of 7 days per week. Please note there is limited availability for 8am
starts if transport is a concern.
We require you to have valid documentation to prove your legal right to work in the UK.
Job description
Your main responsibility is to ensure that we are the customer’s first choice, by offering the best possible customer service
when dealing with telephone calls and emails. You’ll be assisting our
customers when they have questions regarding their orders, deliveries
or any other queries regarding their online shopping.

although you enjoy working independently as well. We are seeking
