We’ve got a great opportunity for a Team Manager - Production to join our Bradford Cutler Heights manufacturing site. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver KPI’s and drive business performance.
This is a full time, permanent days role working 5 over 7, including weekends and late shifts.
Requirements of the Job
As a Team Manager, you will deliver a clear and concise continuous improvement Strategy, driving the importance of daily factory routines, and process and systematic control. You will coach, develop and lead your staff and establish a continuous improvement culture. You will plan and prioritise your work, ensuring maximum use of resources and will continuously identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency standards in all areas.

You will have worked as a manager or supervisor within a fast paced warehouse environment, not necessarily within the food industry, although this would be a bonus. You will have proven experience in a people management role with the ability to deliver strong results through your team, and will be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve. We would love it if you have proven experience working as a strong leader and coach, with the ability to build excellent relationships. It would be great if you have a ‘get up and go’ attitude and have the ability to lead around structure.
Cutler Heights was Morrisons first produce manufacturing site and opened in 1976. We now produce over 100 million packs of fruit and vegetables per year. Our products are sold in every Morrisons store in the UK and we employ over 500 colleagues at site.
