Working as part of the Supply Chain team that manages stock, availability and waste, you’ll sit alongside our Commercial team at the heart of the business to take ownership of your product category to drive sales and outstanding customer satisfaction at the lowest cost. Great teamwork is key to the role; you will be working cross functionally with colleagues at all levels within the organisation to improve performance and ways of working.
Overview of duties;
Take ownership for on-shelf availability across your specific product area(s)
Work with a portfolio of suppliers to forecast demand and manage stock intake, making sure we achieve optimum availability for our customers whilst managing costs to a minimum.
Through data analysis, identify opportunities to improve supply chain Key Performance Indicators (Inventory, Availability, Waste and Markdowns).
Make regular store visits to obtain feedback and look for opportunities to improve standards and remove wasted effort.
Gather data on products to analyse trends and forecast sales for upcoming promotions, events or range changes.
Play an active role in the delivery of new range and promotional launches, setting and meeting clear expectations with colleagues in other teams.
Manage supplier delivery performance and develop long term, trusted relationships.
Drive business improvement and reduce costs through the supply chain
Skills & Experience;

Have gained experience in a supply chain, merchandising or logistics or be taking an early career step after education (training will be provided).
