Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key member of our management team, you’ll be an all-round expert in creating brilliant customer experiences. We’ll rely on you to make sure every area works well together - from the restaurant, to the bar, to table service. It’s all about getting the best from each member of the team. Getting to grips with our menus, promotions, and the presentation of our food and facilities, you’ll share your knowledge. You’ll share your passion too. Leading by example, and getting stuck in to help out, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to make great memories in a place people love.
You’ll bring proven experience of leading shifts that always deliver great customer service. When there’s a problem, you solve it. And when things go well, you know just what part everyone has played. A great communicator with excellent coaching skills, you help everyone deliver their role to perfection. Like all of us, you really care about our customers. You’re committed to your colleagues too, and you’ll work hard for them. Crucially, you always strive to be the best in everything you do.
