Have fun in the sun with seasonal, outdoor work as a Photo Booth attendant managing a cool, quirky Indian tuk tuk! Hello Tuk Tuk Ltd is a small business delivering unique photo booth and tuk tuk wedding transport experiences across the South of England. The only tuk tuk photo booth in Berkshire, we attend weddings, festivals and private events across the region. We have opportunities available for those looking to join us for new, exciting, enjoyable roles!

Between £0.00 and £10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

  • Collect allocated company vehicle, photo booth equipment and any additional accessories from base and drive to event location.
  • Working in a 2 person team, unload and set up the tuk tuk and equipment safely, manage the photo booth for duration of event including fancy dress & props and if booked, the guestbook.
  • You may have to drive the tuk tuk a short distance to its allocated location but full training will be given (dependent on valid driving licence categories - Cat A / Motorbike)
  • After event pack down, return vehicle and all company equipment safely back to company base.
  • Other tasks if booked are setting up festival flags and in case of inclement weather, set up of gazebo.
  • Positive communication with all clients, guests and suppliers. We highly encourage smiles and good vibes!

What we offer:

  • £10 per hour salary with minimum 6 hour shift

What we ask:

  • No minimum education required
  • Dependable, trustworthy, friendly personality
  • Excellent time management
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (preferably with Cat A / motorbike licence)
  • Basic computer skills (Windows 10 / iOS) although full training will be given
  • Ability to hold up to 15-20kg
  • Comfortable driving a large Peugeot Boxer Van (Manual)
  • Experience in events and working with clients would be preferred though not essential
  • Comfortable driving a three wheeler tuk tuk (Full training will be given)
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Calm and professional attitude

Extra information

A shift is a minimum of 6 hours and up to 8 hours including drive time with events lasting between 3 to 4 hours. Each event has 2 attendants allocated.

We focus mainly on weddings however do cover a variety of events such as festivals and private parties, as well as working with brands on custom photo booth experiences. It is therefore extremely important that you remain professional at all times when representing Hello Tuk Tuk, including complete discretion at events where high profile personalities may be present. This includes:

  • No selfies / photos taken with high profile clients
  • No personal social media posts / autographs / sharing communication of any images whatsoever on any platforms whether private, public or personal
  • Happy to sign privacy disclaimer

You will need to be able to be a good communicator, able to work within a partnership and think on your feet if any issues arise. But most of all, have fun because this is a fun role!
