Summer job working in gardens of a historic house in the West Highlands of Scotland.
We are looking for a fluent English speaking person to work in our woodland garden on the west coast of Scotland (Highlands) for the summer season (May – September 2019).
38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required.
The pay is £1250 per month.
Included is ensuite accommodation in a historic house, right on the beach. It is warm and comfortable, comes fully furnished with all bills included and unlimited wifi. A separate, fully equipped kitchen is also available for you to use (will be shared with 2 others). The sitting room boasts magnificent views out to the Small Isles.
Hard physical work will be required in all weathers including; clearing Rhododendrons, tree thinning, woodland path works, general grounds maintenance.
Driving license is essential, useful to have chainsaw and spraying certificates, and trailer license.
Ideal candidate must be motivated and happy to work outdoors in all weather.
