Sales Support / Customer Service Agent in London

This is a unique opportunity to gain great experience working in one of the fastest growing and most dynamic start-ups in London We are seeking two sales support/customer service agent to join our expanding and successful team. Immediate Start

What are you going to do

  • Exceeding customers' expectations.
  • Answering customer queries promptly and efficiently by email and phone, following the established process and service level.
  • Investigate queries, develop solutions and follow up with cross-functional teams to find answers to customers
    Supporting our Sales and Account Managers in the pre/post sales process.
